Project Management – Bramhall
Full refurbishment of a dilapidated house in Bramhall. We were instructed by the client to provide initial pre-acquisition advice relating to essential works, design ideas and estimate costs. The client proceeded with the purchase of the property at auction and instructed Hogbens to manage the project from start to finish.
We engaged architects, estate agents, local contractors, planning consultants, building inspectors and structural engineers. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
