Full renovation, including a single-story rear extension of a dilapidated house in the centre of Bollington. We were instructed by the client to provide initial pre-acquisition advice relating to essential works, design ideas and estimate costs. The client proceeded with the purchase of the property at auction and instructed Hogbens to manage the project from start to finish. We engaged architects, estate agents, local contractors, planning consultants, building inspectors and structural engineers. Our client was extremely happy with our service and as result has instructed us to work on further projects.
