Property Management & Project Management – Investment Landlord
Our client instructed us to project manage the strip out and white boxing works, including the subdivision of a former carpet show room into two retail units. As part of the works we had to arrange for new electric, water, and gas supplies to be installed as well as undertaking various repair works to comply with the requirements of the ingoing tenants. Once the project was complete, we took over the ongoing management of the property.
