Back in October we used Hogbens to complete a level 2 survey on a house we were purchasing at the time, I received a call afterwards to give us a brief overview and 5 days later received the full report. This report was 80 pages long, very detailed and contained lots of images showing various problems etc. They arranged with the vendor a date/time to conduct the survey which was amazing as we didn't then need to organise it ourselves. Due to the findings in the survey we did end up pulling out of the house purchase, therefore saving us a lot of money in the long run. Fast forward 8 months, the second house pulling out on us and finally finding property number 3 that we loved, Hogbens were at the top of our list to conduct another level 2 survey, another great experience and detailed report.
