We are looking for surveyors who take pride in their work, have a genuine interest in property, and understand the importance of clear, helpful communication with clients. Our reputation is built on quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships, so we are particularly interested in people who are personable, professional, and able to provide a high standard of service.
We offer competitive salary packages, with starting salaries from £50,000 per annum, plus bonus. On-target earnings are expected to be substantially above this and will be dependent on experience, qualifications, and workload.
Our bonus structure is designed to be both competitive and achievable. For surveyors carrying out around five surveys per week, on-target earnings are likely to be in the region of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn more. Our focus is on quality rather than quantity, and surveyors who wish to undertake additional surveys are encouraged to do so. However, there is no expectation to take on excessive workloads and no penalty for maintaining a sensible, quality-led approach.
We place significant importance on work-life balance. We do not expect our surveyors to work outside their normal working hours unless they choose to. We recognise that time away from work is important and should be respected.
Ideally, applicants should be SAVA qualified as a minimum. MRICS status is preferred, although it is not essential. We are particularly interested in relaxed, capable individuals who want to develop with the company and be part of a dynamic, growing practice.
